Dove's Guide to Church Bells - Our Entry

 This is our tower entry In Dove’s Guide for Church Bellringers. You can see that these bells were made at the John Taylor foundry and the tenor weighs 14 hundredweight which is about 748kg.

Tower Outing to West Dartmoor

  Brent Tor A grand day out. S ourton, Bridestowe, Lydford, Brentor, Mary Tavy and Tavistock - and a pub lunch. Thank you to Peter for organising. Our tower captain, Mike Wigney, has been wanting to ring way up Brentor for a long time, but the church is way up a steep hill with a rough path. And he finally did it today!
